Our mission of Lockdown was almost gets successful but due to some Exceptional it can't get over.

1. The first thing is MAKE SCHEDULE, We gets bored and distracted very easily when we have nothing to do and this is the time when we have  very much of time but Nothing to do, but if we wants to do things under our control then we have to prepare particular things.

 This sounds like very difficult but believe me that's not.



Not make it critical makes it simple, not need to strict schedule instead make a proper schedule of sleep and wake up and If You are doing working from home or A Student makes a proper fixed time of study and work, this will give you a clarity about your everyday's tasks.




2. LONG TERM JOURNALISM :-  This is not same as to the normal journalism. Most of the time when we writing on a journal or in a dairy only writes for some short time and then leave it but in this journalism you keeps writing even when you have no thoughts in your mind and writes in a sudden topic which comes your mind first.



This helps you to Understand your self in a better way.


 
When everything gets blank on your mind then suddenly powerful things had happens it's like key get activated at your brain and you gets your Subconscious memories of early time or something else .




Writing is a focused form of thinking.
I recommended you to try this once a week and free up your mind, it helps in dealing the negetive emotions.


At last their is to LEARN MEDITATION :-



 
You should learn Meditation, it is a very big fundamental for mental health. Meditation is a type of medicine for our body which gives a very unbelievable feedback us.

 By doing continues practice in a regular basis we can have thw power of controlling our body, brain and sometimes our senses also. You don't have to meditate for 5 - 6 hours a day, instead of start for 1min to 5 min to ten minutes, aftersometime You get addicted to Medicine.



It is the best thing to do on free time, which gives an unbelievable output.



In Meditation, you don't need any skill just you have to sit in " Padma asana " with back straight eyes closed and concentrate on only One thing, it is either the Sound of your breath Or focus on between eyes in forehead, You have to do just this to done it and it gives no doubts  absolutely very great results.

Just try it for only 1 week.
